| Approach
eGlobe Software approach is based on
a team history of delivering projects of varying
sizes across a range of industries.
This approach allows us to accurately plan
and cost a project ensuring that expectations
are realistically set and met. Ultimately this
model affords our customers peace of mind and
confidence.

Stage 1: Consult
This stage involves a detailed consultation with customers
to ascertain project objectives. Objectives that are
looked at include: audience, design, branding, functionality,
content, promotion, usability and scalability. This
stage allows us to put a detailed customer requirements
document in place and establishes a blueprint by which
the project is run.
Stage 2: Visualise
The consultancy stage leads to a firm understanding
of what needs to be addressed in terms of design,
functionality and structure. This next stage involves
presenting design concepts to customers that encompass
all of these elements. Concepts are then developed
based on customer feedback by altering a combination
of colours, layout and style.
Stage 3: Create
This stage involves building the site based on the
chosen design, navigation, layout and functionality.
Templates are created for each section of the site
to ensure consistency throughout. Functionality is
also created and incorporated into the site at this
stage. As new sections of the site are completed,
they are posted to a restricted area on the eGlobe
Software website allowing customers to review and
test the site on an on-going basis as the project
progresses.
Stage 4: Manage
Once the project has been completed and signed off
by the customer, eGlobe Software implements the management
stage. This allows for the on-going development and
maintenance of the site. Depending on the option chosen,
eGlobe Software may train the customer on proprietary
publishing software, develop and implement an eGlobe
Software web publishing tool or retain responsibility
for the site's on-going maintenance. This stage is
on going to allow for future enhancements to the site.
